Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Deposits are credited to your j1999 account balance in PKR at the amount received, with no currency conversion fees applied.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: j1999 maintains minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits which are displayed on the Platform's banking page at the time of each transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. Higher limits may be available to verified players at j1999's discretion.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. j1999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Unclaimed Balances: If a j1999 account remains inactive — defined as no login, deposit, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of twelve months, j1999 may designate the account as dormant and apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing j1999 promotions — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their account suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Casino Games: All casino games available on j1999 use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to j1999's published odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Any unauthorised use of j1999 intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, network interruption, or Platform downtime; losses arising from incorrect odds being displayed due to a data feed error; or any loss of data associated with your account.
j1999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j1999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j1999 reserves the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, during which the Platform or parts thereof may be temporarily unavailable.
j1999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), j1999 reserves the right to forfeit any pending bonus balance and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Any verified real-money balance remaining after forfeiture of ineligible funds will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
